KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical design and development activities (installation and configuration experience a plus) for key solutions within the Informatica ecosystem (e.g., IICS, IDQ, MDM, Axon, DPM)
  • Lead design and development of technology and data architectures to support client solutions leveraging best practices across data management and data governance
  • Lead and manage design and configuration efforts to support integration of Informatica products (e.g., MDM and IDQ, EDC and IDQ) across a wide range of client use cases and industries
  • Lead and manage cloud modernization, master data management, and/or data governance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of the Informatica ecosystem and can clearly articulate the value proposition of Informatica products across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Promote awareness of Informatica capabilities across KPMG and client teams including liaising with business owners, project managers, system/dataset owners and custodians

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and configuration of products in the Informatica ecosystem (e.g., PowerCenter, IICS, IDQ, MDM, Axon, DPM) and related technologies - certifications are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, any of the Engineering disciplines, or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience in leading projects relating to cloud modernization, master data management, data governance, and/or data quality - experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing customer-centric data management and governance solutions using Informatica products across a complex portfolio of stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams (both onshore and offshore); lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Travel as needed
