KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Risk Assurance - GRC Technology for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving aptitudes to assist clients in the preparation and readiness of a GRC technology implementation through the creation of forward-looking implementation strategy and roadmap materials
  • Guide engagement teams in providing business and technical analysis of various use cases for GRC/IRM Software such as ServiceNow, MetricStream, SAI Global, Workiva, and IBM Open Pages
  • Facilitate demonstrations of GRC platform functionality (e.g., policy management, risk assessment, controls testing, issues management, metrics, etc.) to both potential and existing clients during pursuits and project delivery
  • Coordinate client discussions to establish GRC program and technology vision and strategy, review, design and document future state GRC processes, develop functional and technical requirements, and define solution architecture
  • Lead workstreams in GRC engagements, delivering process design, technical design, defining agile stories, and working with development team to oversee platform configuration
  • Build trusted client relationships and assist Directors and Partners in executing business development activities including meeting set financial metrics and goals
  • Support the Enterprise GRC practice in growing solution area by supporting in solution design and innovation around GRC program and platform development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in GRC services in business analysis and technical implementation of GRC technology solutions such as ServiceNow, MetricStream, Open Pages, RSA Archer, SAI Global
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Strong competencies in the ServiceNow IRM platform are preferred
  • Advanced understanding risk management and compliance concepts and processes with practical experience in areas such as Risk Management including enterprise, third party, operational, IT), Compliance Management, Policy Management, Business Resilience, Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
  • Demonstrative ability to develop and lead relationship building activities client project executive sponsors which may span various functional areas
  • Experience in supervising a team of three to four and ability to focus and work on several projects simultaneously
