KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Procurement and Outsourcing Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an integral part of a team to deliver digital enablement consulting projects on the leading enterprise CLM platforms including process and workflow design, template and clause library development, contract migration, system configuration and integration, training and end-user training
  • Support enterprise CLM strategy assessments, target operating model design and technology software selection projects
  • With experience and knowledge of Contract Management processes, work with KPMG team and client teams to conduct workshops, process mapping and requirements gathering and translate into industry best practice solution designs
  • Continuous growth of knowledge around CLM technologies through certifications, internal/ external webinars, case studies, training, community and other resources
  • Support the Contract Management Transformation presales opportunity lifecycle and participate in solution demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent experience on delivering technology projects on CLM platforms including but not limited to CLM configuration, standard customization, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard report development
  • Knowledge of industry leading practices and at least 3 years of experience in commercial contract negotiations, customer or supplier management, legal and third-party risk collaboration, enterprise contract lifecycle management transformation, digital CLM platform enablement, contract management service delivery models
  • Experience implementing one or more CLM technical solution tools (Coupa CLMA, SirionOne, iCertis, Agiloft, Docusign, Conga)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA or JD from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, client relationship development, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
