Senior Associate, Federal Business Analyst (TS/SCI + poly)

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical connection between project managers and developers by clearly communicating business functional issues to clients and internal staff
  • Conduct business process and requirements analysis, advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning system platform and supporting technologies
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management
  • Produce technical architecture, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
  • Develop client-ready deliverables related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans
  • Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience as technical business analyst for application design / architecture; US Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MIS from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle processes (e.g. Agile), including hands-on experience creating requirements/user stories, testing scripts, leading user acceptance testing, process re-engineering
  • Experience with Low-Code platform experience preferred (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + poly security clearance
