KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Customer Experience Advisor to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise KPMG's Member Firms and Functions on KPMG International technology group's portfolio of services, including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 as well as customized services
  • Relationship Management - understand direct and indirect customer relationships, key stakeholders, and contact points
  • Product and Process advisement - develop understanding of product portfolio and the capabilities to align with business needs
  • Gap analysis - leverage product, process and customer knowledge to determine and communicate the gaps between the customers need and the product or process capability
  • Product enhancement or documentation guidance - Provide feedback to product/process owners on gaps to be closed via new work, enhancement or other planned activity
  • Vendor/Product Alignment - Facilitate meetings and workshops to align product, vendor and customer teams to deeper understanding of technology

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years' experience in a large enterprise with an established track record of leading, identifying and addressing business requirements in all aspects of Product/Service design and delivery
  • Minimum five years as a specialist in Platform Microsoft SaaS/PaaS technologies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services in a large Enterprise environment
