The Data Center Operations Team is looking for a Supervisor to provide focused, expert-level functional knowledge and hands-on support of high-demand environments, specifically in our Integration Center. This role functions as a technical resource as well as domain authority across subject areas and provides direct support and supervision to Integration staff. This is a fast-moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Excellent project and time-management skills, with an ability to organize and drive critical tasks and objectives in support of organizational goals is valued. Key Qualifications
Description A successful candidate will exceed in the ability to communicate internally, horizontally and vertically. An ideal candidate would bring with them expertise in operations leadership, creative problem solving, the ability to work on multiple task items in parallel and to cope with managing expectations in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a high quality of work. We are constantly thrown in new directions and this job requires an individual who can rapidly adapt/learn new technologies/concepts. You'll be involved in all aspect of our program and take on an invested role to ensure projects are successfully completed.
