Overview:
As an Application Specialist you are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all our Advisors clients when it comes to life insurance applications. From entering data onto our system, following up with clients for completion of application packets, and the distribution/ordering of documents, exams, and APS orders, Applications Specialists have a lot to complete in a timely manner. If you are someone who loves to work in a fast-pace environment this position could be the perfect fit for you.
What you'll do:
- Enter, review, submit and follow up on applications
- Speak with insurance applicants to obtain personal history information for their life insurance application
- Work with the licensing team to ensure advisors are licensed with appropriate insurance company
- Order attending physician statements and medical exams
Experience you'll bring:
- Life and Health License (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types
- Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment
- Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience related to life insurance and/or medical background
